I live east of Oakland by 30+ miles. This sounds about right for the pay to play. It seems a great many of the larger cities are having these issues or their policies are running the cities into the ground. Just look at SF. Just as with Oakland businesses are leaving due to crime and the homeless creating a problem with customers not wanting to shop in certain areas. My small city has changed since our best mayor retired at the same time Newsom became governor. Our mayor was a moderate Democrat, I believe, and we always had a balanced budget. Now… Nope. New mayor and others are more progressive and our city is looking more like Oakland by the day. We have a deficit and now they want to increase taxes because the 1% sales tax increase is expiring soon and city hall doesn’t know how to budget. They are more activists than politicians. No I didn’t vote for any of them. I voted for who ran against them. But I am stuck with these fools.

You have to agree that this mayor and Duong's family worked CLOSELY with the communist of Vietnam, are they totally CLEAN? Here is my point, FBI (good/bad🤔) don't matter that much in USA, I believe in justice if there's is. What matter is the *12 jurors* if this is going to trial. The 12 jurors will be chosen *MAINLY by the defendant LAYER + prosecutor Laywer (interviews all day before choosing the 12 jurors), I've been a juror before. You said "Welcome to USA communists FBI." Does it matter that much? (yet it does but ....) because America justice system are mainly based on the 12 jurors and *NOT based on the FBI ....* (NOT like in Viet nam or China). MOSTLY no one can affect this 12 jurors, not even the president of United State Again, does it matter if USA FBI is communist or not?
