    Zeus0008 I used to have that quote on my wall... I’d have to disagree with its use here though. There are people who ONLY remember anything amazing Michael has done, and won’t admit any possible wrong on his part...since they are myopic and can only see him as the celebrity/god/ who can do no wrong, and has no human fallibility. There is maybe one group that that quote applies to...the ones who are screaming out pedophile who needs to be destroyed. Then there’s a balanced group, who can appreciate the MJ as a creative, talented, artist and musician...who had many complexities and eccentricities that point to potential issues. Many of us don’t want to believe that he preyed on children, but many see/feel there is sufficient information to be extremely concerned. It’s heartbreaking all around.

    Daniel Madden Everything Michael Jackson tried to do to impress the world now means nothing. All his good intentions were a lie. He pretended to be good, to be moral, to be pure at heart, but he was not pure and honorable. All the times he was with those little boys, pretending to be their friend, look at who the real liar is. Who has betrayed who. The world knows who the predatory liar is. Michael Jackson is exposed for the wicked evil child rapist that he is. You, like the victims were, have been blinded by his charm and glamour and fame and money. You worship a false idol. However I believe that God is not a God of judgmental, hateful, petty anger and revenge. God is a God of forgiveness and love and compassion. God only can know the heart of a person. All the people here are broken. But do not make the mistake of believing that MJ was pure And perfect. No one is.

If someone is not saying the truth, they can check all that in advance and plan for everything they say. But when someone is telling the truth about a traumatic experience, being confused about details and making mistakes about details is very common.You don't remember traumatic experiences the way you do other things. Also, your levels of stress when you need to actually speak about it are extremely high. Which causes details to get mixed or even change a little bit every time you tell the story. This is something completely natural and very common and it doesn't discredit the story.

    @@Nailischannel Five years is not normal, especially when age gap goes from 10-12 to 16-18 and the entire premise you’re pushing is that Jackson “dumped” boys at age 14 and moved onto the next (both of the other boys this film had the gall to claim Jackson dumped them for [Barnes and Culkin] deny abuse btw). Especially since Jackson was married in 95 and on tour soon thereafter, so the opportunity for Jackson to molest Safechuck “every night” at that point would have been practically nil. How’s this one? After Robson first claimed abuse, he and his wife set up a website for donations. On that website, they claimed that both he AND his wife Amanda were abused as children and needed support. However, in the documentary, Amanda said that she could not relate to him because she was never abused. So, someone noticed that and they removed Amanda’s name from the website as an abuse victim. Literally right there lying about abuse to make money. In one email, Wade said he considered divorcing Amanda because “she did not want to go down the path I was taking” and he said in another “the story of my abuse will make me relevant/relatable.” These are grifters, period. It doesn’t mean most accusers aren’t telling the truth, or that we should assume they are not. However, neither should we “believe all accusers” blanketly, and when people exploit the stories of real victims to extort others, it needs to be called down and dealt with appropriately.

    MJ went to trial from 2004-2005 and was charged with 14 counts of child sexual abuse. After 18 months in court, Jackson was acquitted by a jury of all charges. In 1993, the lawyers of Jackson's accuser filed a civil case against him before any criminal charges were ever brought. Jackson's lawyers petitioned to have the civil case postponed until after a criminal trial was completed. The judge denied this request and sided with the accuser and so the civil trial proceeded. At the same time this was happening, the California DA convened two grand juries and interviewed hundreds of witnesses to build a criminal case against Jackson, however, no evidence was found that could corroborate the allegations. Jackson was ready to undergo a criminal trail to clear his name, but his attorneys and other special interests advised against it, given the time and money that would be lost from his then Dangerous World Tour which was already underway. The accuser and their attorney initiated a settlement with Jackson's insurer who negotiated and paid the $25M settlement despite the protest of Mr. Jackson. Based on legal precedent set by California law at the time, the insurance company could legally take this action without Jackson's consent. Following the payout, the accuser's family decided that they would not be bringing criminal charges against Jackson and stopped cooperating with prosecutors. And so, due to a lack of evidence and without the accuser's testimony, the state was forced to closed its criminal investigation into Michael Jackson. That being said, if you believed your child was sexually abused, wouldn't you do everything in your power to make sure the abuser was put behind bars?

Children see the world in a different way then adults do. People used Neverland to accuse him that he so called a monster he had love for children and made sure they had a good time with him that was memorable! But people took it the wrong way. To him gender, age didn’t matter all he wanted was to make the world a better place :/ Micheal act a kid himself loved fun things very outgoing and now since he’s not here these men are making up total lies because why did they wait so long and why back then Wade defended Micheal when people would ask him where did he touch you and he’s like he never touched me and now all of a sudden he’s making up this story why because after they became fathers and are adults now they were in need of money so they were like hmm since people already think Michael was a bit off I’m gonna come up with this drama!

    This is my story of my past. Alot of people may judge me, but i want the world to know. All the difficult and hard challenges i had to overcome. To get my mind in the right state to live my life. I came from parents who didnt really care about themselves, so they didnt really care about there kids. My whole childhood before me and my 3 sisters went to Child Protective Services, we would live in hotels and tents. The longest we ever stayed in a house or apartment was 1 year out of 10 years. We were on the Dallas Morning Star for being the poorest family in Dallas, i was on the front page on my step-fathers shoulders. My parents forced me on medication at 3 years old, because they were too busy on crack and cocaine to take care of me. Then my life was really hard for those next 7 years. When i was 10, my 3 little sisters and me were taken by Child Protective Services. When we were taken i didnt know what was going on i was mad, frustrated, and confused. They took me to a placement in Dallas, Buckner Childrens Home i was there for maybe a month. That whole month i was so mad, i wanted to see my mom and understand what was happening. I was a 70lbs boy and got thrown down by a 250lbs grown man because i wouldnt listen to them. These staff members are just paid to do there jobs they dont care about any of these kids in these placements, remeber what i just said. That was just the first month i was in Child Protective Services, i was there 8 more years that was only the beginning. The whole first year they moved me from boys homes to mental hospitals, then to a boys & girls home in Houston, TX. Now at the boys & girls home something happened to me that would mentally mess with me for a long time. I was sexually molested by people that were there. The reason why im telling you this is because people dont really pay attention to whats happening at these boys homes. Now remember this was only 1 year in CPS, i was already thrown down every day about 4 times a day because i was "out of control". A 70lbs boy with bruises all over him and his face because a staff member threw him down on concrete. If they tell you to do something and you dont listen they can say you were out of control on paper work and do whatever they want to you because there are no cameras in the homes. Now that was just the first year in CPS. I will give part 2 of my story later on, i plan to write a book so the world can know whag happened in CPS those 7 years but that book would be 100 pages. The point of this story is to get the word out how kids are abused in the system. help us help the world

    I'm disappointed, you know. Why is it always the victim who has to provide evidence? Ya'll are assuming Michael's innocence from the sole fact that he was a great singer. He would sleep over with young boys, and while this can be seen as innocent and fun--if it were any other STRANGER without such a great reputation, it would be iffy right? We don't know Michael personally. I don't think Wade and James were lying.

  • @gwendolyn9300

    @gwendolyn9300

    5 жыл бұрын

    Yeah agreed a grown man hanging around boys is iffy as you put it. But for me, the doubt isn't so much because MJ was 'a great singer'. I don't really care for his music. But, to me it is all about motivation: MJ was and is loaded. There is a lot of money to be gained by your abuse. And I have known abuse victims, it really is the hardest thing to admit. But, if you never came into contact with abuse, it's the easiest way to ruin a man. The victims of abuse I know would never talk about what happened to them, not for all the money in the world. So that's where my doubt comes from, the unwillingness of victims vs the relative ease of fraud. So as soon as there are alterior benefits (money or fame) to an accusation in general, to me that decreases the trustworthyness of the accusation. I know I am ranting a bit now, but I just wish they came out with their stories sooner. That way there could have been a proper legal investigation =( Like this it really is onesided, I don't trust MJ but I also don't want to condemn a maybe innocent man. I honestly don't know what to think anymore. Bottom line: I can relate to the people denying and to the people condemning. Both sides have their arguments, I don't think refusing to condemn is merely because of idolizing MJ.

    Gorgeous, stunning mural. Why are we crucifying an icon without solid, hard evidence. The man has done good all over the world and we're going by people who all have financial interests in michael jackson's estate? Are we forgetting Wade Robson has been praising michael jackson up until he didn't get the LAs Vegas tribute job? Or the tribute essay he wrote for MJ when he died. talking about how his music changed the world, how kind and pure he was? He burn so many bridges in Hollywood when he broke up britney and justin among other relationships that he had to move to hawaii and start a new life there. Over a decade of not getting huge work, and dealing with financial struggles, he now realize he was abused? If he was your molester, why did wade's mother try to contact brandi jackson (MJ's neice, whom he was dating for over 7 years) that MJ's kids belong to her and not katherine jackson? Maybe to gain control of the kids estate? This entire family will go to no end to stay in the IN. MJ was wade's lifeline. They had over 10 years to both come up wth a very convincing story in "Leaving Neverland", but if you do a deeper research you'll find out about wade's credibility. Wade took advantage of his fame and money to help advance his career. Wade testified under oath twice, even as a grown man, that MJ did nothing to him. Why isnt' he in jail for perjury for he lied? Both Wade and James found a loop hole in the law regarding child sexual abuse statue of limitations--which is reset when you claim you didn't know it was abuse until you went to therapy. You're telling me as a grown man you didn't know pedophilia was wrong? or did you realize it when you were no longer relevant and had financial issues?--if it's not about money, why are they suing for 1.65 billion? MJ was eccentric, he was different, but he was gave the world his music, kindness, and donated over 300 million to children. Before we destroy this man's legacy, do your research and don't condemn him without hard evidence. MJ has been a target for opportunist all his life.He was guilty of being way too naive but he's no molester. The media's the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that's power. Because they control the minds of the masses.” ― Malcolm X.

When Elizabeth Smart was rescued she tried for 20 minutes to convince the police she wasn't Elizabeth Smart. Why would she do that, didn't she want to be rescued? Because she had been raped and abused! Use your brain please

As a mother myself there is no way in hell i would allow my child to share a bed with any adult even family let alone some stranger. I dont care how famous they were or how much money they had. These parents are as much to blame as Michael if they want to blame anyone. I was not there to say 100% he did it or not, but it doesn't take a genius to see these people are clearly out for money as they were when they were selling their kids out . enjoying lavish trips and gifts receiving envelopes of money. Admitting to hoping by allowing their young sons to be alone off with this man would create opportunities for their kids. Shame on you what kind of mother does that? I have said this before and I will repeat it. People have a tendency to believe everything that is "graphic" and "detailed". But let me remind you that neither of them has evidence to back their allegations. They have changed their stories several times, said under oath that MJ never did anything sexual to them, continued to praise him after his passing and defended him publicly during his trial in 2005. Both of them show clear signs of lying in their body language every time they talk about the "abuse". Their lawsuits were dismissed by court because they had no validity. They keep saying they don't want any money for sharing their story, but sued the Jackson Estate for a total of 1.5 billion dollars. MJ was declared innocent by a court in Santa Maria in 2005 and the judges from back then have come forward and said that they would find him 'not guilty' again today. The FBI and the Santa Barbara Police Department worked together and investigated MJ for 10 years. They searched Neverland Ranch twice, went through all this private belongings, taped his phone conversations and looked through his videos/books. They found NOTHING. Zero evidence. And that investigation began in 1993, at the same time that both Robson and Safechuck claim to have been abused regularly. Their stories don't add up. Wake the hell up! Neither of the two men are credible sources. MJ is innocent. Do your research people! Facts don't lie - People do 💯

All that said, if you believed your child was sexually abused, wouldn't you do everything in your power to make sure the abuser was put behind bars?

How do they know so many details and his tactics. The kicker is how MJ told them both that if they told anyone of their sexual activities their lives would both be over and they would both go to jail. That is classic Pedophile emotional blackmail to keep their victims quiet! That’s exactly how they do it. They count on the victims shame and fear to keep them quiet and that’s how they get away with their crimes for years! So how did they know about the blackmail detail if it wasn’t true? Busted! Despite the fact that some people ABSOLUTELY want MJ to be this monster, let's look at the accusers first. This whole narrative of them wanting to protect their 'lover', despite never showing any signs of homosexuality after said abuse, these people have been indisputably caught in lying MULTIPLE times under oath. How am I supposed to believe them now? Wade has like 5 different versions of why he decided NOW (or 6 years ago truly) to 'come out' 1) "I had repressed memories" 2) "I never forgot one thing he ever did to me" - Although during court proceedings with the Estate, he is caught in emails asking his mother to refresh his memories about their time with Michael, not to mention the fact that he sent himself LINKS from the internet to remember his 'abuse' 3) "I never forgot but I didnt know it was wrong", although he was asked POINT BLANK did MJ touch you here, here, or here. If he didnt know it was wrong, he would have no problem saying yes to 'has he touched you here' 4)" MJ told me we would both go to jail." As an adult you didnt understand that something must have been wrong if you were going to jail? 5) "I was coached by his legal team for my testimony", although he never wavered during the questioning, ad he couldn't have possible known what the prosecution was going to ask, not to mention there is NO evidence of this. Jimmy said he 'realized' he was abused after seeing Wade on TV, although his mom said she cried of joy at his funeral because Jimmy told her in 2005 that he had molested him. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE Sure you were threatened by him, were you also threatened when he died and BEGGED tv shows and the estate to make tributes for him? HOW can any rational person look at all this and say with absolute certainty that MJ abused them? Seems to me that these 2 guys had a few years to learn about grooming and child molesting and conveniently added this piece of the puzzle to MJ's undeniable kindness to everybody. My take on this, is that MJ promised them great careers and when he didn't fulfill his promise (cause you had bigger things going on), these 2 families became very bitter about it, hence the making this 'documentary'

All the people defending him need to understand that because he entertained them and they love him does not mean he wasn't capable of crimes. I seen girls who were raped by their fathers continue to try to get their approval. I've seen the mothers who would not believe the rape victims (their daughters!) and throw their kids out of the house and pretend it's all a lie. Unless you knew him, met, talked to him, you have nothing but a TV screen and your opinions.
