Dank je wel Thomas. Ik ben zelf in Zutphen geboren en heb er ongeveer 20 jaar doorgebracht. Ik woon nu in Nieuw Zeeland. Mijn moeder heeft haar hele leven in Zutphen gewoond en is recentelijk overleden. Het zien van deze video bracht dan ook een aantal bitterzoete herinneringen boven. En er is best wel veel verandert, zie ik.

My Dad in the Canadian Army passed through this town during our war against the Germans. He always spoke very highly of the Dutch.

Hi, your videos are so lovely. I am amazed by how smooth your camera stays. Do people ever seen to notice you? This is a beautiful town. My love is Dutch and was recently here having lunch with friends, he thinks I will like this town. We will visit here next time. Sometimes, I wish to see more of the nature and parks round and the cities in your videos... Anyway, it's really interesting and gives me lots of a sense of places, and I like how you film all year round and note the weather conditions when you film.

Weer prachtige video met een voor mij bekende plaats. Heb er kort gewoond. Video geeft meer van het gevoel/sfeer weer dan foto's. Maakt het extra waardevol. Het geeft een prima sfeer-impressie. Ik overweeg om met een gimball en een telefoon te werken, en in daarmee in steden en musea te video's te schieten. Ik heb ook een spiegelreflex camera, kan zelfs ook met 4K60 schieten met SLR. Heb geen ervaring met lopen met SLR. Heb je ooit overwogen om meer te vertellen over de gebouwen en geschiedenis terwijl je loopt? Of, als je bij een gebouw of stadsmuur komt, net iets meer details van het gebouw/stadsmuur te schieten?

Ik probeer op zich bij bepaalde gebouwen en plekken of een stadsmuur net wat extra rustiger te lopen en te filmen dan normaal. Maar het gaat me inderdaad vooral om de sfeer. In de toekomst misschien wat commentaar erbij, maar op het moment nog niet :)

Thank you It's been a while I moved in 2002 to Montreal Canada and stayed there until today I were born in Zutphen (Warnsveld) and worked in the Hospital Het Spitaal from 1982/1998 U know De Hoven / Zutphen i lived there that time (Molenweg) I would like to see it back sometime Memories.....

I personally like Buren and it's surroundings a lot of a walk :) In that region, Nijmegen also cannot be missed.
