    Sana ay ganyan ang Virac nang ma-assign kami, PA Engineers, sa Bagamanoc noong 1967-68 na gumawa ng kalsadang dudugtong o mag-connect sa northern part ng Catanduanes pero enjoy din ako diyan dahil mababait ang mga tao.
