Awesome video. We are coming back to the Isle of Wight next year for a holiday. I'm going to explore as I would love to see this kind of thing. Our 8 year old has a fascination with these types of tunnels/shelters. Thanks for sharing. We love watching you're channel.

What an odd construction. The 'Beehive' shaped area does say 'Icehouse' to me, though. Lovely, as usual.

It's quite a nice oddity and also nice that it's remained mostly untouched. The doors have (what I think are) anti-gas rubber seals on them still, although with no ventilation inside the dome section it didn't feel like a particularly well thought out feature. Thanks for watching!

Isn't there one like this in Bembridge on the beach?

Is there any mapping of any tunnels under Seaview heights forts (4) near nettlestone green . Under orchard road and cedar wood drive please. Gun emplacements blown up and built on in 1960’s? When I built an extension on my property some years ago,(which was very close to the site of one of the emplacements) we found a lot of concrete structures in the ground and a we dug out of rubble a blast door. Any info greatly anppreciated. Ps I have no desire to search out any means of getting inside any remains, just curious about what may be there.

Just a idea for the future. Even though your videos are great. Maybe use a 360° camera maybe? Just because it will let the viewers have a full experience of the place your at. Just like you do. We get to see the bits you see and we don't ect.

You can find stuff by just going out and having a look, that's what I did to start with and I still love to do this, half the fun is the hunt... People are reluctant to share locations publicly or to people, they don't know as unfortunately there is a subset of people who ruin places like this (not suggesting you are one of these types). If you are proactive and make effort to search out locations you'll find people are much more receptive to share locations, unfortunately I will not share this location as it's in quite a sensitive area and not the sort of place you would want to be caught sneaking around bushes with a camera (there's a slight clue for you).
