Makes you wonder what used to be there in those woods, the I-beams and concrete, the drainage pipes and that fenced in area with the razor wire. Wished you coulda found an arrowhead. Keep on keepin’ on!

At first, I thought it was a dump site until we came across those huge pieces and then the barbed-wired fence with nothing in it. I still need to find the information.

What a fantastic area that was. I used to be in a lapidary club and everything we found we licked. One thing I licked was a dinosaur lizard poop, the things we do, haha. Fossils are totally fascinating. Thanks so much for taking me along. Please stay safe and take care

Lol! That's an awesome story (liking dinosaur poop)! Lapidary clubs are awesome! Sounds like you learned a lot. :-) . You just reminded me of a site I need to check out :-) One of Danny's favorite things he did to visitors of the museum when he worked the floor was having a kid hold the coprolite and ask them what it was. Once they couldn't guess, he'd tell them "fossilized Dinosaur poop". They'd freak out, lol.
