This was excellent! I’ve consumed many of these videos as I’m obsessed with the Outer Hebrides. This up the best I’ve seen. You certainly got lucky with the weather up there. I’m biased as I’m Scottish but the Highlands and Islands never fail to make me happy. Hopefully they don’t ever change.

@@unowhotravelchannel I’d love to visit Arran too. I love Scotland. I’ve been a few times but just not the Isles. So much to explore. I’ve just subscribed to your channel & watched a few of your videos already. You are both so engaging & enjoyable to watch. Machu Picchu looked incredible! It’s on my bucket list as I’ve always wanted to go there too. I have inflammatory arthritis so may take the train to it instead lol

That looked like a brilliant trip. Scotland seems quite similar to North Wales but bigger. You seemed to have the whole place to yourselves most of the time , I would have felt lonely at the campsite on our own 😃 Loved the tiles with little sheep on 🐑 🐏 🐑 🐏 🐑 What a beautiful place though with stunning views , thanks for sharing 🙂Happy New Year 🙂🙂🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

I grew up on lewis.. I am feeling home sick and stumbled across your video. Amazing video work... might have made me even more homesick. Well done for giving so many of the placenames a good go. Uist is pronouced 'you-ist/ewe-ist' instead of ooohist. Everything else you said though was really pretty good x next rime your up you need to gonto dal mòr beach near carloway.... amazing beach !!

Hi, we were there in May 2021, just after COVID and we did make some of the campsite reservations. I don't think you need to do this though out of season, as its not so busy...as you saw from our vlog, the one small honesty site we went to, we had the place to ourselves! No, it was a physical cache from what we remember, ammo sized 👍

The Outer Hebrides are spectacular, they are one of my favourite places in the world. The aire at Hushinish is an absolute gem and the drive to it utterly breath taking. I just want to pick you up on one thing, Uist is pronounced You (as in the pronoun) ist not Ooist. I know it is petty but I cringed every time you said it. All the best on your future travels guys.

Thank you. I use the Osmo Pocket 2, great picture quality, the sound is better than a GoPro, plus it’s small and easy to carry, I love it, you may have gathered👍

What's the average for semi daylight hours mid winter/ mid summer?

Hello Carol, I use a DJI Spark. This model though has now been replaced by newer, faster and better film quality DJI drones. I am still very pleased with it. Kind regards, Simon
