Join us as we venture through this amazingly beautiful region and soaking up the Aboriginal history, artwork, meeting places and waterholes. This place is incredible! The Red Centre has got to be one of the most spectacular places in Australia and maybe in the world!

NT National Parks Drone Permit
To fly a drone in Northern Territory national parks (not including ULURU) you must first apply for a drone permit. Follow the link below to start the process. The permit doesn’t include all parks and there are areas in some parks you cannot fly. Got to respect the rules and regs!

Thanks Amanda! We did this trip in October over about 3 weeks. Was one of our favourites! Some much beautiful country! Be stunning this year after all the rains, but jealous now!
Did the drone permit for NT cost anything? and how long was the process?

Hi Jon From memory it’s free, just have to complete the permit and send it through for approval.

Yea there is lots you can’t film or photograph but to just be there and experience some of history and culture is pretty special
