Lusaka is a city of malls, there are more than 30 huge modern malls in a small city of about 4million pipo. I guess its becoz its at the centre of 8 neiboring countries. Congo,Angola, Mozambique, Malawi, Botwana, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, and Namibia

There’s many malls to cater for the population around each locality to reduced centralized and avoid congestion

The biggest mall in Zambia is in Kitwe

East Park more is built on University grounds, under agreement with the investor. After an agreed period, the property will be a property of the University

Interesting. These take away food outlets are the big contributors to diabetes in Zambia. We need them but the people need to eat the take away foods in moderation
