Got to be one of the better ( Best ) video's showcasing the instruments varied sonic tones by various artists playing different styles. BTW: Video "Reviewers" who play an instrument and share their opinon during or at the end of their bass review also surface thier bias towards brands they prefer. This bass review allows the viewer to make up their own mind. THIS IS A GREAT AMERICIAN LEGEND BASS MADE IN AMERICA; Every bass enthusiast must own one.

what's the different between pro and pro II ? they seem VERY similar. I have the American Professional from 2019, I can't tell any difference. Are the frets tall/narrow? like the "sculpted neck heel" for instance, what is that exactly? thinner neck at the higher frets?

Dark Night and Mercury are both very nice body colors, but the very blond headstock looks out of place with them. I wish they had an option for headstocks of the same colors or that they were colored somehow to look more congruous with the bodies.

Fender dominates basses in a way that it does not six-strings, and it really comes down I believe to the punchiness of their sound, nice fretwork and playability, as well as the aesthetics. Fender really had a grip on the fact that guitars are furniture and fashion accessories as well as instruments. They look like big fun toys that one wants to put in one's hands right away.
