I recommend "visiting" via g-maps...you´d be surprised how skate-able that huge city is...parks everywhere!

asia is the best for skating seriously. I loved the skate culture in Japan and everything was smooth. Only issue is in Tokyo there is 2x more security. I wanna skate HK and taiwan in the future

MIKEY!!! Damn, what a trip, I used to skate with this dude when I lived in SF 10 years ago ! Back when the tech boom was starting in the Bay, he was working the kitchen in the Google offices in downtown, makes sense he stayed in the kitchen. We would always meet up at Potrero and explore spots or bomb hills. Smoked on his rooftop in the Excelsior a couple times. Miss those days. Hyped to see he's doing well. I still got his number, I should hit him up

Cool video, great way to show off some unseen skatespots in Hong Kong, but a missed opportunity for sure to give some Hongkongers skaters included in the bunch of expats who now call Hong Kong home. I saw some skaters in the last 25 seconds of the video, so they do exist and should be involved in this sort of video I think. Just something to try to include next time an overseas video is filmed!

Hearing Dj cam in logic 7 the first video I owned entirely changed the course of my life and ultimately is the reason I started making music. You should check out Tuen Mun Courthouse. Perfect ledges and manny pads. I spent two months in HK back in 2018 and I skated there almost everyday

this inspired me to go skate again. but im 32. disabled, and too sick and tired to go out and session i guess i understand why people called me a "crusty skater" always thought they where calling me like a crust punk or something. then i realized, i dont do fancy shit, i tend to keep it simple stupid. but i was ALWAYS skating spots nobody else wanted to skate. my first real combo trick was a 50-50/50-50/50-50 it was a divider on a parking garage slope. only a few inchest tall, i did a few slappys. the ledge was so crusty, that you could 5050 ollie the crust too 5050 then ride the crust too another 5050. idky nobody ever wanted to skate that spot. along with the 9 stair by it. you had to ollie a good 4 feet passed it with speed cause a curb clip and gravel landing. or slow high ollie and land in the crust then clip the curb (early 2000s that was legit land) then like, random double sets and and slappys.

this was sick, especially those clips at night
