@@OutNaBoutYallahBiNa I don't know I haven't been there but because of the open border migration between Nepalese and Indian are common, especially in Nepal you can see lots of Indian people working there. on the other side, Due to India large population you can't see many Nepali immigrants.

Thank you for Nepalgunj food vlog ...Nepalgunj can be easily considered as the (STREET) FOOD CAPITAL of Nepal ....... Y.this food vlog seems incomplete (though this is ver or part one) eg. it is called Ghamanja or Ghamancha (means mismas) traditionally, it does not contain samosa but different kinds of pakoras, dahi- bada, dalsev, chana dal moth...... better he would have done this in the winter so that you could have found more varieties of both and nonveg items... You had better-asked suggestion and support from the native who is 35+ of age.

But it would be better if you raise awareness about hygiene and food safety of street foods. A large population of young people and low income people are dependent on Street food for their daily diet. If you people start to convince Street Vendors about minimum personal and shop hygiene, sanitation of utensils used, quality of oil and color used and food safety, they would listen to you and even the viewers can be aware because many people are tasting these foods on your recommendations. So please don't only focus on taste also rate the cleanliness and sanitation too.

Most of the vendor uses newspaper only as the base to reduce the heat you may feel while holding the food , above the newspapers there's some kinds of disposable plates, thin plastic layer or leaf (saal ko paat) , so there's nothing unsafe to have those. The Only time it gets poisonous when you don't know your digestion dimensions and try to eat anything you see on these streets 😂
