The road from Shankarpally to Mominpet is a disaster and prone to accidents right now. That said, once the road expands to 100 ft, it might be much better.
price is 17000 per sqyd plus amenities... gachibowli nundi 60+ kms and Shankarpally nundi 28kms dhuramm lo undi.. Mobility valley ani marketing chestunnaru, asalu mobility valley start chesaka oka single work kuda start avvaledu.. too over priced and future lo sale chesukovalanna meeku returns undavu.. only one this Srinivasa infra vaalu koddiga reputed builders....meeru konalante okasari mominpet village vaalani kuda kanukondi okasari meeke ardam avtundi..
