Very good advice about choking up on rods, gripping above the cork is a sure fire way to break a rod. I will always remember what Mark and Tom said about rod design and force distribution through the butt of the rod. Great content New Fly Fisher, keep it up!
Great to watch.. and learn from this side of the Atlantic after the salmon have spawned and Im thinking of 2024..swinging a Willie Gunn or Allys shrimp on the 15 footer Lets hope salmo salar has spawned well and has a better year next ..and when this years smolts and new spawning return in the future Simon Artley Manchester Uk
