*Exploring Dudipatsar Lake: A Heavenly Retreat in the Mountains*
Welcome to a captivating journey to Dudipatsar Lake, also known as the "Queen of Lakes." Nestled amidst the enchanting landscapes of Pakistan, Dudipatsar Lake promises an otherworldly experience that blends adventure, tranquility, and breathtaking natural beauty.
*Day One - Arrival and Naran Exploration: Thursday (17/08/2023)*
The adventure begins as you gather at Faisal Movers Terminal 26-Number Chungi Rawalpindi by 03:00 AM. Breakfast at Kiwai. After a scenic drive, you'll reach Naran by 11:30 AM. The thrill of river rafting awaits (self-arranged activity), setting the tone for an exciting journey (No one did rafting). By 02:00 PM, you'll reach Jalkhad and check into Bismillah Hotel.
The day continues with a visit to the pristine Lulusar Lake at 02:30 PM, offering a glimpse of the natural wonders that await. Return to the hotel by 06:00 PM for a cozy evening. No one actually visited Lulusar. Dr. A zeeshan however took a jeep and visited Noori Top.
*Day Two - Trek to Mullah ki Basti: Friday (18/08/2023)*
Embrace the morning at 08:00 AM, followed by a hearty breakfast at 08:30 AM at Moon Restaurant Besal. After breakfast, embark on a thrilling trek at 09:30 AM, leading you to Mullah ki Basti where your camp awaits. Reached the camp after 7 hours 30 minutes at 04:30 PM. As the sun sets, enjoy a delectable dinner at 08:30 PM.
*Day Three - Reaching Dudipatsar Lake: Saturday (19/08/2023)*
A new day dawns at 08:00 AM, accompanied by breakfast at 08:30 AM. The highlight of the trip awaits as you commence your trek to Dudipatsar Lake by 09:00 AM. By 11:00 AM, you'll stand before the awe-inspiring Dudipatsar Lake, surrounded by magnificent mountains and serene blue waters. Spend blissful hours here until 03:00 PM, with the option to explore Saral Pass for the more adventurous souls (no visit to Saral). Refreshments and day packs were provided at the lake.
As the day draws to a close, return to Mullah ki Basti for tea at 06:00 PM, followed by dinner at 08:30 PM. The night is spent beneath the starry sky in your camp.
*Day Four - Return Journey: Sunday (20/08/2023)*
Rise early at 05:30 AM to witness the magic of dawn. Breakfast at 06:00 AM fuels you for the journey ahead. Begin your trek back to Besal by 06:30 AM, reaching your destination by 11:30 AM. After lunch at Jal Khad by 01:30 PM, enjoy tea near Kaghan at 05:00 PM. Reached Isl/Pindi by 11:30 PM, marking the end of an unforgettable adventure.
