Sir I have one question. My charger works fine but when I disconnect it from power supply it will not work for next 30-40 hours and after that when i connect it to power supply it works fine . So , what could be the problem?

It may have got damaged capacitor inside. Which got disabled by IC after which it won't work for a while.
How you open chargers!???
