Hey Maria and Nabol!!! So many beautiful scenery shots and the mountainside was stunning! It's cool that there are so many kiosks on the side of the road for food and drinks. It kind of reminded us of Hawaii.. so lush and beautiful! That mountain does look like a sleeping man for sure!

Awesome that the restaurant used to be an old house, and great that you got an interview with the owner! She seemed very sweet, and loved what she said "I live a simple, but beautiful life"... We totally believe that in simplicity.. there are massive amounts of beauty. How cool that she met with Anthony Bourdain and you got to sit in his seat... We used to love watching his shows!!!

Great to see that guy making the cocktails, and loved seeing the fresh passion fruit put in them!! That sangria looks bomb, and so does the porridge!! Love cod, so we know we would like that dish! We are all about Tostones and mofongo... So we would dig that platter for sure! Awesome you went to the coffee museum, and it was great seeing the animals there as well!! Aaa I miss watching Anthony Bourdain so much. I haven't seen the episode with Ayala I'm going to need to find that episode from Parts Unknown and rewatch it. The town's churches and cafes also look like very happy places. Puerto Rico is so awesome.

I grew up there!!!! In the 70s and 80s la tienda was made of wood and the owner was panchito padro and las casas viejas were un rancho grande that was owned by pepito colon who used to own hacenda santa maria o como le deciamos hacienda pepito colon. I grew up on the concrete house close by the school still have photos from that era!!! One day i will share with you all back then was a different world very innocent we were poor but was a lot of dignity and respect now is another story. Im in progress to buy the home i grew up and make it a museum hope one day we can make a documentary about ese barrio because theres more beautiful stories and leyends about that place my name is Reinaldo Castellano i live in Trenton New Jersey and if one day we all can make a documentary im more that glad to help. Thanks for the video glad someone went there to show such a beautifil place❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Casa Vieja had such a neat vibe to it! Nice looking drinks. I think I would like both! This is one of the things I love of PR, driving through the mountains and chinchorreando, those mojitos looked amazing, really nice spot with the view of the mountains, another great spot I heard is in Ciales is called El Asao, they served smoked meat.

It's been a long time since I tried passion fruit, try it with a mild salsa and salt and slurp it out yummy. I'd love to try La Talangana 🤤, it's been a while since I tried blood sausage too. I like how museo del café has the Mexican flag 😊🇲🇽 Silvino also loves his coffee iced just like Nabol. We are so similar haha. Keep it up guys. 😊

@@KimchiAndBeansVideos We recommend Taco Guapo. They have delicious cafe de olla, churros and tacos de canasta. Tacos de canasta are soft, steamed tacos sold on the street in Mexico and they're usually stacked in cloth-covered basket , hence the name. I tried other tacos the canasta in Chicago (Taco-holic here 🙋🏻‍♂️) but Taco Guapo has the best. They bring me memories of when I was a little boy eating tacos de canasta in the streets in Mexico. I also love their decor and old Mexican music playing. Their Chicharrón tacos are my favorite 🙂 but try them all. The only food you can find there is tacos de canasta and tamales though.

That old restaurant used to be my grandfather’s house Juan Pagan he was a teacher in Cialis and also the head baseball coach for years and I will watch the little kids running around in that house Facts!!!
