Comparing these to competitors at an RV show, attention to detail and build quality on the Alliance stood out. If I were king, though, it would have 12v outlets by the TV and beds (cpap more efficient with a 12v cord than an inverter). The other thing, in Arizona where a lot of people boondock the source of drinking water doesn’t have garden hose threads and doesn’t have much pressure. Yeah you could dump water into a bucket and use sanitize mode to pump it into the fresh tank but that’s slow and clumsy. A gravity fill in addition to the water panel would be handy. Lots of people extend their stay by dumping water jugs… If I had one I think I might consider enclosing the little cubby by the dresser if I could fit batteries and solar charge controller there. They did an amazing job of utilizing limited space, but exterior storage is pretty limited.

We are interested. Curious why in 2024 anyone would put a lead acid battery instead of lithium? Also wishing we could order it without some of the things like the TV and the lower couches. Also, why not multi-cook unit instead of microwave? Seems like there’s a lot of wasted storage space under the bed? You didn’t even mention the slide out. Any of these around Chicago?

Battery wise in some areas people never boondock, so for them lithium is just a waste. A good dealer would likely let you specify what kind of battery you get. Couch wise I think a fair number of people with larger side by sides remove them and just store them. When it comes time to sell, some families need the extra sleeping options. If you haven’t seen one of these in person, they do seem better built compared to others in their class.

Don't buy this trailer if you plan on boondocking at all. Alliance fails to mention in any of their brochures or owners manual that the shower, bathroom sink, and the toilet ALL drain to the "black tank". Unless you plan not to shower, your trip will be cut short (or you will be left standing in a pool of sewer water).
