Really beautiful. The tiny market has increased however $63k isn’t really bad. Other builders do not have the elevated trim package you are providing and they are asking for more. Love where you took the roof design as well. 😊

I need a DISHWASHER and a BATHTUB over a shower . I loved this one but I would have to add in a dishwasher I would get used to showering again and add a stool to sit down in. But the price is definitely fair I love that you used quartz countertops I love the white and modern farmhouse vibes. I would paint it pink though lol 😂

I definitely love the multiple pitch roof which sets it apart from many other box homes! Nice interior too.

Loft could be theoretically used for that. On our 28' and 32' model we can add a "storage wall" that separates the living space and bedroom area with a wall that has a sliding barn door that doubles as storage. Please email us at build@tinyhouselistings.com to discuss details.

A front porch is a consideration for a 28'... would create the feeling of bring outdoors, indoors... It's a great tiny home with lots of growing options. 🥰

Have you considered putting the bed on a slight platform? You could have large drawers facing inwards and in the back portion, a storage compartment which could be accessed from the outside, to be used for outdoor sports gear or anything you’d put in a garage.

SO MUCH BETTER!!! This is greatly improved from the previous, which felt cheap. Of course, maybe this costs more? My only critique is the same as before--the bathroom is taking up too much space. I would make it three feet instead of five or six, and have a tiny sink. That way the kitchen/living area can be a bit bigger. You could still have the washer dryer closet combo--it doesn't need to be in the bathroom, and in fact, it isn't good to have your clothes hanging in a bathroom. Lastly, move the electrical panel--it shouldn't be in the sleeping area, that's unhealthy!

Thanks for the feedback! We prefer the larger bathroom because when the washer/dryer is going you can close the door and it's not in the same space where you're living. We did the research, no data out there saying it's a problem having your electrical panel where it is.

Perfect tiny home, not too big and not too small. I like it.

I agree with making the vanity cabinet match the kitchen. What's the water heater capacity or is it tankless? A ceiling fan would be nice too since the picture windows don't open. That said, the house is beautiful! Well done!

Thanks for the feedback! Ceiling fan can easily be added should you want that. Hot water heater is 20 gallon, plenty for a nice shower. It can also be outfitted with a propane on-demand it you want one.

The electric box being next to the bed. It's a bad idea for anyone who has heart problems or who has possible heart problems The electro field that is around your heart can be interrupted by power surges of any kind. Just a thought you may consider for the future.That maybe it could be moved

I've lived in a tiny, this is very nice. I do miss the stove top and oven though. Nice house

I really don't like it, it's just too small for everyday living, it's not practical. There is nowhere for clothes storage. I love tiny houses but the bigger ones work as a home, The homes this small would work as a Air BnB, or camping trips.

Ridiculous prices on these things, “build your own people” this company is just charging out the a$$ based on it being on trend right now! You can do this for less than half what they want you to pay
