I've been to Satriano in 2012 such a nice little town stayed in a villa in Satriano marina and I also saw Mimmo Cavallaro in Satriano . Hope you guys are doing great keep up the great videos 👍👍👍💚🤍❤️

Just booked the first portion of our trip to Italy for late in May (Covid pending) Want to check out both Sicily and Calabria. Would love to pick your brain for some Ideas of where we should plan to visit in Calabria. Looking to see where we should look at for our retirement home base in Italy.

Thank you for this video! Believe it or not, my Nonna lived in Sergio’s house when she was a child (born in 1932)!!! I had the chance to visit in 2015 and stay in the house my grandma grew up in. Such a beautiful place. I cannot wait to show her this video, it will surely bring back memories. Thank you!

@@CalabriaDreaming yes! My nonna’s father bought it over 100 years ago and she and her siblings grew up there. Although my nonna left Italy in the late 40s, her brother lived there until the late 90s (I believe). So much history! So glad you got to visit the house😀

Satriano definitely isn't as populated as when i was a kid going to visit my family in the 80s and 90s. The younger generations moved up north for work.
