Are you really bringing outside food into McDs? LOL. Also, I have eaten at the Thai restaurant in Volcano and I'm outraged that they are charging $23 for Tom Yum soup. That is gouging pure and simple. I live in a very expensive area and it's $12 (which is also overpriced in my opinion).
