When I was studying there, 1994, seethanna had just settled down, all he had was 6 glasses and sugar cane extraction processor, one stove to cook boiled eggs, and then his charmuri and Sev Puri. We enjoyed his spicy charmuri during rainy days. Wow, nostalgic. . . You got my memories back Kripal. Long time visited Mangalore, once back will go there to relive the memories.

For me best Churmuri spot is the one which is on Mallikatte - Kadri temple road. Whenever I visit kadri temple, I visit that charmuri shop also.

@@FoodLoversTV the shop is beside the dongarkeri venkataramana temple. It's an old shop. He serves ice cream in tender coconut mixed with various fruits and pulps...it's amazing

I recommend the famous BOMBAY LUCKY RESTAURANT (BLR), Mangalore ,it has got the best biryani in Mangalore ❤!

Also, there s a charmuri shop right next to Balli's.. so if u a group of foodies, u can enjoy at both joints

You should have tried chats @ a chat centre in the market. That’s the best go to place for street food in Mlore

Was there at Managalore few years back.. Couldn't try so many food items. Your coverage on Mangalore is excellent.! Will be comming in a few months from now.. Do cover the Kori Roti . and the best places to have one. And the ghee roast items.. Yumm.. I like goli Bhaji more at Welcome than at Taj mahal. Keep going.. !
