@@sith_slayer6849 it was the purest form of rage for the HIAC finish. This is like making a turkey for Thanksgiving and it took a lot of work, smelled great, everyone was waiting for it, and they dropped the turkey before the table.

It would've been better if they just had Eddie pop his head up, like it dawns on him that nothing happens; it could even be spun that the heels were scared that Omega couldn't beat Mox, so in case that happened, they decided not to risk Omega being blown up in kayfabe. I'm sure that Eddie can cut a promo and hopefully salvage this, because I think Eddie Kingston should've been a babyface from the beginning, I just can't boo the man.

It's like the end of the Last Man Standing Match at the Royal Rumble with Roman and Kevin Owens and that key handcuff botch. Doesn't take away from the effort that any of those guys put in, but it is such a shame that people remember the botch.

Agree 100%, the botched fireworks or any kind don't take away from the match or the PPV. If its intentional like the Hell in a Cell Fiend match its a different story. I hate seeing people go well PPV is ruined cause of a botched ending, its so stupid.

The disappointment in Jawnny's voice is incredibly palpable. Like, I've been watching him in some form or fashion since 2012 and I don't think I remember any other moment he sounds like this. Also, Pulse with the chain AND the clean shave? Save from drip for the rest of us, boss man

I heard a rumor that the crew tested the detonation before the show even started, and it actually worked. Like it was huge, something you'd actually expect to be dangerous. Shame they had the ill-fated Wario-toot the night of. Hopefully for future showings, they'll "Kevin Dunn" it and replace it with that or something similar if there weren't any cameras around when it actually worked.

The match was really really good even though the finish sucked ass. But I’m glad AEW is trying to find a way to weave it into a storyline. It was also my first live death match to watch and I throughly enjoyed it despite the botched finish.

Found yall on spotify. Scary that they know Im into wrestling but ok. I really enjoyed the match. The ending made me genuinely laugh. I know it dissapointed ALOT of people but if it had been on purpose itd be comedy gold.

This was the best aew match I'd ever seen up until the finish

I wanted to like this match so bad. I was so hyped for it. The rope explosions were like 3 feet from the actual ropes which sucked. In the FMW explosion matches the explosives are rigged directly to the ropes which gives a better effect. Also if you look at the actual barbed wire that they make physical impact on you can see it was fake. :( You can tell the "barbs" are just folded pieces of a flimsy metal and not sharp at all.

In my view the match was fucking awesome but what everyone will remember unfortunately is going to be this horrible ending

Maybe this is why this type stipulation isn't meant for mainstream wrestling

I absolutely loved this match besides the finish of the Good Brothers running in and the botched explosion. But I love how Moxley passed off the botched explosion as Kenny is shit at building stuff lol. The whole PPV was fucking great though! Kingston coming in did feel a little weird but not bad. Good shit though.

I actually stopped watching right after they started doing Dynamite. I came back for the deathmatch. And I'm leaving again lol.
