I would say that I learned a whole lot about self improvement through skateboarding, parkour, went through many trial and errors, lots sweat, pain, and slowly getting better while also understanding how to fall and reduce damage. then guitar and jiu jitsu solidified this

Quality content my good sir. I’m a dad of 4 I work 50 hours a week. I gained a lot of weight recently. I’ve been using Pokémon go egg mechanics to get me out of the house walking I’m down 30 pounds in 3 months. Oh plus no fast food of course

@@DrUpauli For me it's not even the new games lol. I'm just excited that I can rip ROMs from my old DS cartridges, so I can back up my Mons now. The Megas were pretty cool, though!
