She has to ask questions for dummies who never met recruiters. If she would ask only smart questions dummies would not understand because don't have experience with it. I think she wants to understand why the scam works... but dummies as you don't understand the fact that if she wants to get to bottom of the problem she has to ask all questions.. In the seminar was a father of Ackman and he also asked the question how one can tell that company is a pyramid scheme.. His own father asked it after 90 minutes of the seminar. Ackman said that it's so complicated that even he had a problem understanding it at first so he had to read it twice.. How can you expect her to understand it in 5 minutes if Ackman and his team study it for a year or more?

I had a coworker who was insisting that I invest 2k USD into this new pyramid scheme called Sanki. They sold a powder in small packs with "Japanese technology" developed by Yamanaka Harotari or some name like that. I told him it was a pyramid scheme and he would deny it all year long. He would tell me "look, these people became investors and they're now making 100k a year" I was like "man,it's a pyramid scheme" That was back in 2012. Dude doesn't even want to talk about it now lol

ScoopTV it’s stupid what you said...competitor comes from the same sector beverage compete with beverage, food chains have like competitor food Chains Herbalife should compete with health business, not McDonald they are totally opposite. It doesn’t make sense they are Completely different field and market. So it’s a no sense statement from the ceo too if he actually said that

Dialma Steccanella they both sell consumption products. Whether it be powder or a Big Mac. You broke it down in a very specific area and you’re not looking at the overall picture. People tend to lean towards McDonald’s because it’s not only fast, but taste really good. ALL nutritional Businesses still and will always compete with ALL food selling businesses.

ScoopTV I’m a big picture person trust me but that’s not how a business works when you compared two business model to understand who is your competitor. If you are into the soft drink field You don’t try to outclass the alchool fields. If you are in the energy drink field your competitor is not Campari. They don’t sell junk food I don’t understand why they should take as their competitor mcdonalds. It’s more specific than what you ve just said. One serve junk food One serve healthy food. It’s all about the market sector and the type of client you want to purse. I supposed Herbalife clients are in large part different ( as lifestyle ) than the ones who go to McDonald. Especially in America there is a huge different with a lot of more cases of obesity in the last one. So that’s required different strategy, if they really said that I think they got goal problem. Someone that go to McDonald Has different reasons and value and lifestyle than someone that go to Herbalife. Because here it’s about lifestyle.

Two different things, but work together. In the end, it’s all about what you was saying. It’s lifestyles. Also it’s wayyy to many variables lol

To anyone defending this trash product and saying they had results. Let me open your eyes, most of these companies use the concept of placebo effect it is all marketing. The so called results are temporary and often caused by unstable unnatural ingredients in these products. Then they form a brand community and often bring in brand loyalty by making you endorsers and making you spend your time and money. These are all marketing concepts that we learn in a marketing major in bachelors . In this case it is unethical that they are using these methods because these products are edibles and you are consuming these products. As a consumer it is important to be responsible and think about What about side effects and toxic and steroids in it? What are its effects on my organs and gut health in the long run. Are these results accelerating and sustainable or just temporary. Don't t be so delusional and so ignorant to the fact that this product has no medical backing at all, no real doctors with real degrees recommend it. Wake up use your money wisely opt for a balanced diet chart , go for licensed nutritionist.

Pyramiding exists in the way the natural environment arranges itself in a lot of instances.. Anytime somebody wants to attack or sling mud, they trot out this shallow "Its a pyramid scheme" argument. If they have a problem with pyramids then they probably have a problem with dealing with life.. If fact, Greek mathematicians studied and noticed some very universally intrinsic aspects about the importance of pyramid geometry.. In think there's some youtube clips on that too!

People go wrong by spending too much on multiple products that you don't really need. Also, him mentioning poor people and low income places is false. And to makes sense of him hating. I would like to ask him a question. We as humans buy products all the time. What's the problem with someone signing up to work for a company to make supplemental income an buy their products, as well? Not for nothing, we buy Nike and all these other name brand products. None of those companies are giving anyone a job unless you have a degree or your father is the CEO.

I'd never heard so much nonsense in less than 4 minutes. Just because his company has shorted Herbalife stock (means the company makes lots of money if Herbalife share gets cheap) he has been given the mic to say whatever BS he wishes. Not a single points he says is true. Ask any distributor of Herbalife if they had been pushed to buy a 3 grand inventory or gone through long trainings. Shameless bulshitter.

g zaw Hi Zaw. The way you speak explains why you will NEVER be successful in any career that needs human interaction. You are rude and careless. Find a job in computer programming and stay in your cubicle.

HAguayo Aguayo, I agree many distributors are not successful. I have seen, first hand, many successful distributors in just months, though. Ackman has bet against Herbalife and is mixing truth and false to make money. I'd really like to know your point of view.

g zaw I see how successful you are. That's why you have to explain yourself in 15 lines! Piece of advice: Get a interpersonal skills and self-confidence coach. You really need it.
