Dummy profile means? We can’t apply from Our regular ircc profile where we got our study permit or work permit ? Or we have to create a new IRCC profile ?

My final result of the program was declared on university's website Dec 22, 2023, but due to holidays, university will issue completion letter after or on Jan 04 , 2024. Got my completion letter on May 8th and we applied for PGWP and SOWP together on May 15th. At this point is it possible to do flagpoling?? Please help.. 10:00 Better get a US visa l, go to US on visit for 6 months. Find a US citizen or green card holder and get married. Much superior option that substandard Canadian PR. I am a canadian PR, studied and worked in US. For tech workers, USA is much superior than Canada in all aspects.

No you can only apply work permit if you applied under EE( means got invitation and submitted file ) . Just applying for OINP doesn’t qualify you for wp.

i would like to seek for advice, my PGWP is expiring in 7th feb 2024 and I got notice of interest from ontario nomination office and i have submitted my OINP application. Any idea what I should do now? since my PGWP expiring while waiting for OINP nomination approval . But then one of the requirements for OINP is that I will need to stay employed with my current company until I have received my PR. But I will need to stop working when my PGWP expires.

You can apply for wp extension and get into applied status (anyway its going to get rejected, but you will get some more time , hopefully 1 or 2 months) , if u r lucky you will get the approval in bw that time

Is this new rule to not extend PGWP's after December 31st 2024 only for people who extended their original PGWP or for everyone? I never applied for an extension but my original PGWP expires in Feb 2024

I have been working in Canada since 2021 . I got my ITA and submitted my ITA on Jan 25 2024 , Also i applied for Bridge Open work permit on Jan 28 2024 . Hi, my work permit is going to expire in April 2024. But stamping on my passport is until the day of my passport expiry date, showing as visitor multiple entries. If my work permit expires can I enter into canada as a visitor.

No, that's just for the travel to india and reentry to canada. You will need to apply for visitor visa.
