Totally agree with Joyce about how it’s no longer a fun race anymore, but this has been an Emmy’s criticism for decades. How many years was I bored to tears seeing Fraser, Sopranos, West Wing, Helen Hunt, Julia LD, “insert generic name here”. Honestly, the only time I was pleasantly shocked was when Tatiana Maslany won for Orphan Black.

If I have to run Sam Spruell Emmys campaign I’ll do it. He deserves that win especially for the last episode

A couple questions please! What did you think about the last season American Horror Story? I personally thought it was awful and it did a complete disservice to the AHS franchise. Is best cast a good idea for a new category? Many shows like Fargo, Elsbeth, Capote Swans ect. have incredible casts that keep me watching for the actors alone.

I believe The Ones Who Live deserve a chance at a nomination and Danai Gurira either should get a nomination in acting or writing. The curse didn't get a good response from audiences I think and same thing with The Morning show. I just feel like if they can nominate The last of Us they can do the same with The Walking Dead The Ones Who Live, it's long overdue for a nomination for the franchise, the emmys have no excuse this time not to nominate them, it responded well to critics and audiences and they can't say it's because of the genre, It being horror and a zombie show again because the last of us was nomimated.

Honestly The Walking Dead definitely deserved nominations in its first several seasons. TWD season 1 was better than TLOU season 1. Even Fallout was better than TLOU. I really think TLOU got all that love because it aired on HBO. The Emmy's have a bias towards HBO shows even if they are not good anymore(example, Game of Thrones).
