    why is this specifically tagged as: Cloud Private Edition"? these functions not available for GROW public cloud?

    Yes, this video is focusing on S/4HANA Cloud, private edition. Public Cloud edition doesn’t have the exact functions of Service Management, as the target customer segment is different.
