Ma'am one question here ...now a days company fire their pv employees without prior notice and they don't need anymore?

Hi Shovan, I agree with you and company is doing wrong. But MNC has 3 month notice period. They will have to pay 3 month salary if they fire without prior notice.

@@SwaasaJobs what should I do ma'am..... right now I am doing a certificate course of Pharmacovigilance in Jadavpur University in Kolkata from West Bengal but they don't have any placement on this field......i should I do right now?
