This is what ASMR is and was about 10 years ago. Simple sounds, relaxing voice, and no crazy props or insane microphones. The more simple an asmr video is the better!!

I love that you're willing to try so many different asmr triggers and practice them until 'perfected'! I've noticed that a lot of asmrtists stick to a certain trigger that they're good at or favor... and then only ever do videos with other triggers once in a great while. I've been watching Patrick for a few nights (a little under a month maybe?) And I'm quickly becoming a huge fan, I think it's because Patricks videos are simplistic, he doesn't go crazy with it. No weird props, no crazy microphone, no blank background. Just a dude with a mic, having a conversation with me, on his bedroom floor, with regular chilled out props every once in a while

he’s so cute

I keep coming back to this. And the mic tapping while inaudibly whispering is single handedly.. the best trigger I have ever heard. Genuinely. Years of ASMR and this specific part of the video tops it ALL. Thanks Pat

I’ve been lurking for a while now, but man I have to subscribe now! My biggest critique of modern ASMR is that no one takes their time. They always rush and move too fast. You, however, are an outlier! I absolutely love how you pace yourself and really explore what types of sounds you can make. It is so refreshing (and honestly a little nostalgic) to see ASMR videos of this quality, just like how it was back 10 plus years ago. Keep up the great work man, awesome job!
