Experiencing Martian Astronaut Training & Fighting Gravity Holiday Show At Kennedy Space Center!

Ойын-сауық

In today's video we head to Kennedy Space Center to get a sneak peak at the all new Astronaut Training Experience that will be opening in February. We used simulators and virtual reality to see what it would be like to drive on Mars and walk around on Mars. We also got to sit in a micro gravity simulator that used air powered hovering technology to simulate what it would be like to work in space. We visited their Mars Base One experience where groups will learn what it is like to work on Mars. A few days later we went back at night for the very first day of Holidays in Space the holiday event at Kennedy Space Center. The rocket garden was all decorated for the holidays and they had a special performance by Fighting Gravity the 3rd place winner of America's Got Talent in 2009. It really was an amazing show followed by a small fireworks show. If you are interested in learning more or visiting Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex be sure to visit their website at www.kennedyspacecenter.com/la...

I know a lot of young people watch your channels for the amusement park vlogs, but then you also travel to other places and show them how exciting science can be. Fantastic role models. Thank you.
