I wish I would have seen this video sooner. I bought the same incubator 3 years ago and threw away for foam and of course, it didn't work. I ended up buying a more expensive one last year after the conference and had 100% hatch rate on fertilized eggs! Great video my friend!

Hi Richard, yes I am planning to hatch some chantelcers as well as purchase some. I won't be getting eggs until May for the chantelcers
VERY SORRY.. i BAUGHT THE SAME INCUBATOR BUR THE POWER TRANSFORMATOR IS NOT WORKING.. HOW CAN GET AN OTHER TRANSFORMATOR. THX A LOT. ACTUALLY I AM IN TUNISIA.. I BAUGHT IT WHEN I WAS IN CANADA IN AUGUST 2023 TO BE USED IN TUNISIA BUT I HAD THIS PROBLEM. THX FOR ANY HELP.

Oh my, I don't know what to tell you. Have you tried contacting the company that you bought it from? Anything to do with the main programming I would suggested to restart it but what you are talking about might need to be replaced.
What if the spinner doesn't spin?

You can do a factory reset or turn your eggs manually. How long have you had it? perhaps you can return or exchange it if that doesn't work?
You have a very low hatch rate. Something is wrong. In my incubators, I have a 95 to 98 percent hatch rate.
