Finally! Nice to relive a portion of the trek. I did the trek the other way from Takijiri to Nachii. Stayed 2 nights at Yunomine with one night at J-Hoppers. Pretty nice hostel. I was there during cherry blossom season and the Tori Gate at Hongu Taisha was sorrounded by Cherry blossom trees. Absolutely beautiful!

Wow that must be so beautiful! 🌸 We were so happy we could do a part of the trail. We booked 2 weeks before our accommodation and it was perfect with Koyasan in the end 😄

I am also looking at doing this trail. I am so glad you did it and you started from a different location than Takijiri-oji which also gives me an option to do it different.

Your travel vlog is a breath of fresh air, and I love how you bring each destination to life. By the way, have you seen the new v4 Bento Bag and the Ikigai Backpack from NomadLane? They seem like they'd fit right into your travel style.
