It is a crosscut station that can be expanded depending on the part size.
Great for use when you need different sized parts
Please enjoy the video all the time.
Thank you so much for your support. :-)

To call this man a handy man is quite an unintended insult I would say This Man is a Smart Smart Guy !!!!
I was searching for an answer to my problem and you have given it to me, as well as saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you very much. This subscription is the most helpful one I have! Keep it up, I will always watch.

Great project! I am going to try and build one. One possible upgrade to this would be to add additional table clamps to either or both extension tables so you can use stop blocks.

The wider the middle board, the longer the pipe can be and the more you can expand. You can make it whatever you want.

I don't have a miter saw and right now, limited on money to get one. This may be the answer I need for my very small shop. Until you find a way to make it work here, it doesn't do miters, but it will do great quick cross cuts for long material.

if you need to do repeated cuts you could even add a stop block on one of the two fence and some kind of locking mechanism :) I really dig it!

This is brilliant. I'm going to use a shelf pin jig on the base to drill holes every 1/4 inch, to make repeatable cuts. I see in your other videos you removed your clamp downs, any particular reason? Were they getting in the way
