Thanks for another great video. Question, Is there a difference between the Ultimate HD tile upscaler versus the Extra tab upscalling?

Yes. The upscaling that's done under the extras tab is just a quick and dirty way to upscale but you lose a lot of detail, it smooths things out and kind of smears things. You just lose detail. Using the ultimate SD upscale is a script that is rendering each tile adding detail and then putting it back together. It actually increases detail.

can you show us how to really finish the picture ? because maybe it is only me but i feel we kind of can see a line on the left side were the picture expand. Great tuto otherwise .

Yeah there might be, but I actually have a few other tutorials that talk about in painting, there's a couple techniques to finish that off. Either we render the whole image using IMG2IMG at a low denoise strength, or take the image into inpainting, and use a good end painting model, and just mask out the areas that look a little weird, and render just those areas. Works like a charm..
