Thanks for the information! I have a question, is it necessary to always expand/ outline stroke to a design made for printing? For example for Red Bubble, Spreadshirt web sites, they print the designs in cloth and other stuff.

I do basic designing in AI .. started to get few clients .. had mixed answers on what final formats are best to send to client for (Print v/s Digital use) and what are the best practises like converting outlines for text /converting Rgb to CMYK and vice versa ) if you could shed some light .. that be awesome..tc

Really amazing video at the end i just make conclusion that expand appearence option come when we have to change the appearce but please have a look below image link when we use ''Align Stroke'' option and see that stroke in ''Outline'' mode it's appearance come same as it is appearing then why ''Expand appearence'' option come?
