In this exotic pole lesson, Kasia is going to teach you a cool combo with a fan kick, unique leg transitions, and a mini spin drop.
Prerequisite: solid fan kick on both sides and strong ankles.
TIP: during these transitions we want to make sure we are sliding the platforms on floor, not lifting the feet off the ground, to create beautiful continuous flow.
