Absolutesublime1 The only demonic possession film that is better than E2 is Beyond The Door 1975. But see the Blu ray, not the dvd. Is it a rip-off? Yes. But what a rip-off! Much more frightening than EX2 and far more successful at the box office. It cost peanuts but made millions. Even Roger Elbert admired it. The TV spot was so terrifying it had to be moved to a later slot because children found it very disturbing and it some cases, was banned in certain markets. Warner Brothers even tried to sue its producers for plagiarism. When HBO bought the rights in 1976 they must have played it 10 times a week. It was always on!

Great unboxing, Jay! The one movie that I would absolutely love for Scream Factory to release is The Midnight Hour. It is not only one of my favorite horror and Halloween films, but also one of my favorite films in general And I just know that Scream Factory would put out an amazing edition of the film. That would be a dream release of mine for sure lol.

Barbara Pallenberg's book about the making of The Heretic is really insightful.

saw this when i was 12 im now 52 and i still love it.i think to many people wanted it to be a repeat of the first one which is not right.a sequel is not suppose to be a repeat of the first.this stands on its own .the african scenes are beautiful and i agree james earl jones should have been used more .my husband got this for me for my birthday and i love it.i will always cherish it.

I saw the film during its original release in 1977 and was not only disappointed, but thoroughly confused. There were some eerie moments and beautiful photography, but, the audience was left frustrated. A year later it popped up on HBO and I saw an entirely different movie, or at least not the same one from a year earlier. This Special Edition will now explain why. Very good review and looking forward to more. For those interested in pop history, the lines for TE2TH where just as long as those for Star Wars but only for one week until word got around just how bad the movie was and then it was pulled from theaters.

I love that movie, it's like a dark fantasy, and I like the way they continued Regan's story.

I love the 1986 "Trick or Treat." I have the soundtrack. A band called Fastway did the Sammy songs in the movie.

I would love to see either Peter Jackson's "Dead Alive" or Ken Russell's "The Devils" on the Scream Factory Line!

Love this movie so much! I thought they do so well! 😍 I agree with it's not as scary but it's more dramatic, love this Blu-ray edition I need to get it😍🔮

All movies should be taken on their own like the no other movies exist. So while watching this movie, act as if the other exorcist movies don't exist and u will see that this is a very interesting movie.

I'm perfectly fine with seeing this as a sequel as I am one of the few who is not a hater on this film.

I would love if Meet the Feebles or Dead Alive got a scream factory release

Pledge Night, a slasher from 1990 starring Joey Belladonna, the singer from Anthrax.

I would like to see Scream Factory release - Candyman (1992) and Peter Jackson's Brain Dead (aka Dead - Alive) (1992). I would also like to see James Wan's Death Sentence (2007) One of my Favorite Films, though it is not a horror film. It just doesn't have a Blu Ray release as far as i can find.

I would love to see a Scream Factory release of Demonic Toys

Howard_the_Duck I hear ya, I’m picky with the artwork choices too but they’ve had some good choices too. A couple of my favorite newly commissioned artwork choices for scream factory are; The Thing, They Live, The Fog, Pumpkinhead.

Great unboxing! This one is definitely underrated in my opinion. I'd love to see Scream Factory release Alone in the Dark (1982)!

I just watch it, the sequences or scenes that have a more visual language are great, and all picture related. The main problem with the movie are the arguments, how the plot moves forward though the decision of the characters which most of the time they don't make enough sense. Like for example the psychiatric suddenly decided to help Lamont while she didn't agree with it.

I was going to say I would love to see The Night Walker released by Scream, but they took care of that for me already. Lol. Even though it already has been released, one I would like to see Shouts! Transfer for is the film Target. More so, I would like to see the features that they would include with the blu-ray, as I know Scream/Shout’s transfers are always top tier.

A movie that I would love to see on Scream Factory which as far as I know never even been on Blu Ray is Stanley which came out in 1972. Well, hope I win thanks for this awesome contest.

I watched this video and liked it....how is it possible I didn't leave a comment before? I always leave comments. Ooooh duh I was making dinner and had raw chicken on my hands, that's not unusual. Liked it using my knuckle. Now that's all cleared up. Exorcist 1 wasn't scary to me, actually sat on my hands expecting it to be but ended up laughing a few times. More of a squirm these days, 16 years later, so ought to give it another play. Like the graphic tees lately

I believe it came out in the beginning of the year and that one creeped me out, one of the creepiest horror movies I've seen.

Yes, I washed my hands that evening, 99.99% germ free. Haven't seen this 1 yet plus 900 more, ya got me beat. We watch the news 9am till Midnight everyday for the last 3 years on the main tv. But I just got a little tv today and the babies & I watched a movie tonight...guess which one!!

I'm very surprised it doesn't have a release yet. I personally was not a fan of it but I know it has a big fan following plus it's Romero so I figured it would have had a nice release by now.

For the contest... It is tough to pick a flick because they have already released so much, but I'd have to pick........Thirteen Ghosts. Enjoy the videos! Keep it up!

What’s up Jay, it’s been awhile, hope all is well. Ok, so, this answer is for the contest giveaway for exorcist 2 on which horror title, I would like scream factory to hopefully release sometime in the near future . That film would be NEAR DARK . I love the western horror elements of the film, I think, Bill Paxton and Lance Hendrickson were terrific in the film. The cinematography was great and Katheryn bigelow direction was great as well. I have they old Anchor bay DVD release and would love to upgrade to a collectors edition Blu ray . The original blu ray release was terrible and the cover reminded me of the twilight film Lmao ! 😂 anyways thanks for holding this contest and hopefully I will win . Take care 👊 All The Best !

While I am not a big fan of the movie, Shout looks to have done a great job with this release. Great original art and the special features seem really interesting and good to watch. Would look nice in my collection next to Exorcist III :)

I would love to see Texas Chainsaw Massacre The Beginning on Scream Factory because it's my favorite Horror Movie of All Time and it doesn't have a Good blu ray release

Scream Factory needs to re do and release all of the Nightmare films in CE's because the Warner releases are old and outdated, definitely need new transfers and new features and stop using the same old fucking shit in every re release. Nightmare 5 needs to be uncut on blu ray, commentaries for every film, new documentaries, new interviews for each film, new commissioned art work and original poster art for each case, and just better newer discs over all. Maybe even do a new box set.....why not? The current Warner blu ray box set is mediocre as hell and just feels like a cash grab.

I have trouble deciding if these films are shout or scream, but would like to see Eight legged freaks and Reign of fire. The movie I want to see the most from Scream Factory is ………….. Night of the Living Dead (1990 Savini remake).

They should release The Monster Club

Both movies aren't great but birds 2 does deserve a Blu-ray release at least. It was the better one of the 2

Unpopular opinion but would love to see Scream Factory release Thir13en Ghosts

Man it's hard to a horror film cause there alot of horror films hasn't has a bluray release but I think a death sentence with Kevin Bacon and John Goodman in it that movie rocks doesn't has a us bluray release yet but it would be cool to have a scream Factory title of this horror film but the let alone is awesome for all horror fans man if you have seen it check it out.

I didn’t think it was terrible but I seem to be in the minority. If you look at it as a religious/exorcism drama it fits better. The third is the only one I haven’t seen.

Yup ha I didn’t think it was that bad but I’ve seen a lot of low budget horror.

Even though this Movie sucks I still say that most of The Leprechaun and Pumpkin Head Movies are much worse than this Movie I have only seen A few Scenes from The First Pumpkin Head but it's A Terrible Movie Series

Even the great Richard Burton couldn't rescue this complete disaster of a movie, awful

😂 it’s chaotic and a bit convoluted but I don’t think it was that bad. It has some interesting ideas, some amazing cinematography. It felt like they reshot and edited too much and the concept never fully came to fruition. I’ve also seen way too many low budget and found footage movies that make this look like Citizen Kane.

Did you see Exorcist 3, if so what did you think of that one?

Exorcist is the best horror film ever made.3 is a good solid sequel the beginning is passable an dominion is good.2 is a bad sequel as it's not a horror film it's a sci-fi film

This movie is awful! It pisses on the original. Boring as hell too. 😴 I use it as a sleep aid every time I need it,Lol! 😅
