EXO has the most unique concept in all of idol groups. Their concept is that they are aliens from exoplanet (thus the name EXO) and they have "super powers" They release their mvs when something happens in the planetary bodies or any stellar phenomenon happens from eclipse to lunar pairings. And their story line started from their debut song Mama and all mvs , concert themes, and some choreos are linked to it including their latest comeback Tempo and Love Shot. They are award-winning tv/film and theater actors, models etc.

SMTown nymph L-1485 yeah thats what i also noticed.. Their dance steps also connected to the song's concept... Like wolf... Kokobop.. Oh well i think all of their MVs hahhahha no need to cite it one by one 😁😁😁😁 😍😍😍 they also have a great sub divisions in all of their performances...great choreo and the hell i`ll just say they are perfect.. Although I would disagree that their concept is the most unique, since I believe a senior group had an alien concept too, their story is definitely one of the most interesting ones.

Aerin L-1485 BAP had one, but I may be mistaken since I am not familiar with the different 2nd gen groups. It might have been another group. All I know was there was a B in its name and it was a 2nd gen group.

Their videos are interconnected with one another, so there is a storyline. Basically EXO began with a concept of being aliens from EXO planet. Yes they all have super powers, but you'll see better references to that in other videos. So basically they were sent to this planet to protect life, this planet, fight against evil doers, etc. In this video, they were surrounded by guns for example. This is a crappy summary, but when you watch their videos, their storyline is really interesting. Their videos don't tell their story in order. So when a new video comes out, fans try to guess where each mv fits into their storyline.

Like I heard somewhere that they are sleeping in their own world because wanted to run away from this world, had difficulties in their lives, etc

If that was true, the UN would not have asked BTS to give a speech at their forum in 2018 representing the young generation in the world. Even Stevie Wonder asked BTS to join the Memorial Project for Martin Lutrher King Jr. It is a kind of social movement. Their concept is a real life issue about how young people is growing to adulthood. BTS is talking about the real life situation in the world of how young people have to face: struggling, facing the imperfect world, from innocent growing into maturity, self acceptance, fighting for a living , persistence, self confidence and love yourself/myself together with our flaws because nobody is perfect...but we need to grow, be confident and "fight" in this world. Many of their songs heavily involve social, philosophy and psychology issues. And they took some heavy literature reference, for example: Demian by Hermann Hesse for Blood Sweat and Tears. You have to understand not many of us live in a comfortable life (ie.:without struggle) ...so many BTS's songs resonate with us quite well. And they make the lyrics in a very good poetry and in musically pleasant.

@@wildlotus4339 what she mean is every concept exo has a connectivity(if there a word) in each of their mv's, also i noticed it especially in obsession and lucky one i think, the clones which is x-exo, for bts they have different concept as u say they do someting that concerns the public, but not all of their concepts have a connection to each other, like in exo u think of theories and such because yeah they were called as "THE MYSTERIOUS GROUP" unlike bts u csnnot make theories or such but they have nice concept especially spring day..

Suho is one amazing man

The first one you stopped on is Chen (Kim Jongdae) and the second one that you stopped on multiple times is Suho (Kim Junmyeon). They are all very beautiful and completely disrespectful. This is a them in everything they do LOL. The guns are filled with whiskey. It seems to be representing Love. When the guns are empty, they've run out of Love. They are facing real guns, but defeat all of them, proving that Love defeats all. There's more to it, as it interconnects with their other videos, but that's the symbolism behind that specific thing in the video. Great reaction, btw! I look forward to more.

exo currently consist of 9 members: Suho, Xiumin, Lay, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai and Sehun. former members: Kris, Tao and Luhan. but there are 8 members in this mv because Lay is in China these days.

The first one you noticed was Chen (Kim Jongdae - main vocal), the second one - Suho (Kim Junmyeon - leader, lead vocal)
