Yes Sehun is main rapper and main dancer, he debuted as Lead rapper and had little amount of lines but this isn't the case anymore. Tbh he can do it all. His raps are my favorite, especially in "Gravity" "Day After Day" "Tempo" etc.

Actually there is no reason to put Sehun as Main Dancer. It makes no sense to have 3 Main Dancers. Even supergroup SuperM has only 2 Main Dancers. And way bigger group like Seventeen also has only 2 Main Dancers

exo-sc’s first music came out in 2019 with the title track “what a life” and a mini album with the same title. they also had a comeback in 2020 with “1 billion views” as well with a full album with the same title. sehun and chanyeol each had a solo song in the 1 billion views album (“on me” & “nothin’” respectively) and i have a feeling you may like “on me” 😊 (edit) there are actually quite a few music videos that were released for the 1 billion views album so i’m excited for you to get into that !

i was actually kind of the same way with exo, i discovered them in late 2013 and was a casual listener of them and kpop in general until probably 2017/2018 when i started getting more into kpop even though sehun was my first ever ult bias

First I need to say that Cesar Oh did great to this guide and individual ones. Now EXO is amazing for real, my biases are Chanyeol, Baekhyun and Sehun, but all of them are great!

literally me when I'm totally wrecked by our sehunniee when watching their videos... yes please... more exo reaction.. I'm not complaining at all 😄

Also there is a variety show called Go Fighting that has Lay in it. There are many seasons of it and it’s on KZread. It’s how Lay became my bias wrecker because you learn so much about his personality.

You can check their individual guide and concept guide through cesar oh but the member guide not yet yet fully complete but almost i think bcoz thats the most recent one as i know and better you start some other mv you didnt watch for you to know the songs when you will react to live stage or concert...thank you for hyping to exo again welcome back.. Lee Soo Man himself said he thought about exo when there was a UFO sighting (much talked about, back then) in korea in 1976, and exo yt channel has been created in 2006 as well, that's really crazy 😲

Me too! Before I was paying any attention to K-pop I was already in-love with their song Overdose. The reason being is Chanyeol was on the show “roommate” and caught my attention. At the time I was only into K-drama and one of my favorite actor was in the same variety show. years gone by and I found a lot of the K- drama OST sang by EXO. 2020 I finally decided to become an EXOL because I want to support them.

Ok, I'm pretty sure every comment already answered all your questions, so I'm just here to tell you: Yes, their discography is insane, their Bsides are even better than the title tracks, their solos are extremely different and you can totally see the different genres and personalities of each member. They also act. The body of work of these guys is insane, they are truly beasts. They tend to release a solo song or mini album the day before announcing enlistment. Xiumin and D.O. just came back, Suho and Chen left in 2020, and the 92 liners will have to enlist this year. There's been a lot of teasing about an EXO CB these last few days, so you coming back to them now is perfect timing! You know how much I love you and I couldn't be happier to see your excitement about this. Saranghaja!

i remember Cesar Oh commenting to every EXO videos promoting what he created a helpful guide to exo 🥺 now youtubers are using his videos.

I was already a kpop fan for a few years (since 2008) before EXO debuted and when they came out I was impressed but didn't actually stan. I was a casual listener of every MV they released until 2017 when they performed "For Life" at the Golden Disc Awards. I originally thought for years that Baek was going to be my bias if I ever stanned but during that performance, Xiumin caught my full attention (and my breath) and I've been smitten for him since. When I found out he was their eldest, I was shook since he looks so young. After that I had my friend teach me their names and now pay much closer attention to EXO. They are one of my favorite groups now.

Fyi if you turn to learning K-pop you can't missing EXO because they'r called KING OF K-POP GEN 3, And They'r not just talented singer but some of they is good actor and model global ambassador of luxury brand too👑

That's wild I had almost the exact same intro to kpop! I first got into Orange Caramel and After School in late 2014 (also watched Roommate at that time because of Nana haha), then when Call Me Baby came out in 2015 I was officially hooked on EXO and broadened my horizons further into kpop/krnb from there. Welcome back to EXO and I hope you enjoy catching up on all their music! Very few groups nowadays make albums as solid as EXO, not only as a group but also as subunits and in their solo work.

yay we got a baby exol diving deeper into EXO! Thanks for coming back :) we are one! The boys are enlisting one by one in the military since 2019 but we got xiumin and D.o back this year, chen and suho are still serving now and baekhyun and chanyeol might enlist late this year :( but we will wait for 2025 for a group comeback hopefully with Lay too!!! For now well anticipate solo and duo projects from them :)

Lachie, I'm a huge EXO-L. The second Kpop MV I saw was Monster (first was Blackpink Boombayah). They are the only boy group that I stan, and they trade places with Red Velvet for absolute favorite group depending on the month. I've been hanging back, waiting for you to do a dive into EXO. I'll be watching as the EXO-L's gather. Thanks for the background on your music history, because it helps decide what to show you through requests. There's a deep well of KR&B that I will try to show you, and EXO is actually an R&B group, as you will learn. I'll stay away from the Jay Park/Zion T/Tablo zone.

I’m sure everyone already answered your questions, but here are some side facts. Xiumin and D.O. are back from military service and Suho and Chen are still serving at the moment. This year also Baekhyun and Chanyeol are going to serve in the military which leaves the group with only 4 active k-members (Kai, Sehun, Xiumin and D.O) and Lay at the end of this year. Oh and welcome to the family!
