Good to know that EXL also provides welcome kit, Gentact is the only company which doesn't offer anything like this.

I love ❤️ this one in white. The all in black was irritating. This white kit is best 👍.

Salary you dont need to ask any MNC as it will processed automatically bro , about the culture and overtiming lets wait for answers from people who already working in EXL

My joining is 2 weeks later, they have sent me a beautiful bouquet. I wish I also get above gifts.

In my case, I received the kit 2-3 days before my joining date but also it depends on the location from where you the organisation... Probably you will get it by end of this week.

Usually you will get welcome kit 3-4 days before the joining date
