🙏🏼💜 Thank you, Lewis. Carrie-Anne is a lighthouse, here. I recently started a new career, selling metal buildings for a company in Texas. It’s rewarding. I enjoy designing & selling… truly… and I’m GRATEFUL - AND YES, AND - within this metal building designer-sales person REMAINS a classical-theatre-conservatory-trained actor, who fondly remembers, golden hours on The PCH, film acting classes on Wilshire, waiting tables in NYC, and the fire of a dream in her belly. “Being here now,” I’m grateful for this new career which can provide long desired stability; still, an ember glows within’, as I let go and TRUST. Betty White is a beautiful example that, as long as we’re living, it’ll never be too late. I now embrace that I COULD literally have a 20 year career selling buildings, and start auditioning again as a “silver fox grandma” when the time is right… from peace and overflow. These lives are miracles, and we never know where they’re going to take us. I would not have dreamed this career, but I love it, and still, I have actor dreams, which I now feel peaceful about putting on a back burner, for as long as it feels spiritually true. Thanks for letting me share such a long post. I do so in the hopes that it may comfort other creative souls “in the matrix.” You’re not alone, Loves. Thank you, both, Lewis & Carrie-Anne. Life has the meeting we give it, so let’s find meaning in whatever we do today. 🙏🏼💜

This comment really touched me! I had dreams of being an actress and/or musician. Did a lot of stage and film acting (festival films and commercials) and music projects until I was about 30. Along the way, I was/am a metal worker! Actually, I’m a sculptor. I always wondered what my life would be like if I decided to go in the direction of acting and creating music. Now, I’ve been a sculptor for 26 years this Feb 2023 and I’m considering changing my career at 43 years old and going back to music and film (mostly music…it’s burning in me). I’m also a yoga teacher:)

24:00 "Maybe there's too much pain". That right there is absolutely a key part of the way I understand meditation. Too often we hear about serenity and bliss and calm in the context of mindfulness. For me personally, mindfulness is often times about sorrow, grief and dispair. Life can be really hard and painful and acknowledgement of that precedes the "serenity" that everyone references. There can't be hope without dispair, courage without fear, love and connection without utter loneliness. Being able to tolerate negative emotions is what mindfulness is all about for me because once I allow the bad to be, the good starts to glimmer and that gives me the strength to brace and take on challenges. Looking at it more objectively meditation is probably a form of rest. You cannot always push, sometimes you have to let go so that you can regenerate. You can't breathe in unless you also breathe out.

Sometimes I see Lewis is so enthusiastic interviewing people, he doesn't realize when he's being disruptive/interrupting the flow of the person with "um", "really", "yea", "wow", and other comments/sounds/questions that add no value. This is interview is one of those times. Another instance was one interview he did to Dr Dispenza. I saw the guests say "wait" (Carrie Anne here) "let me finish" (Dr Dispenza). I can recognize this because I used to do this myself, until someone pointed it out to me, and I stopped that super annoying habit. I loved how Carrie-Ann was able to raise over all of that. And, I'm super glad I came across this interview - lots and lots of gems by Carrie-Ann in there.

She is a natural beauty also😍 It's strange that I'm now hearing her talk about spiritual Awakening and consciousness and its what I am experiencing now and devlling into. Perhaps that's why I was drawn to her in the matrix movies but didn't know why, even has a young boy. I always thought she was a deep and interesting person without hearing her talk in real life which is strange. But now at 27, I realise that things like that are not a coincidence

Lewis, I'm really glad at about 51mins, you mentioned the book, The Alchemist, and spoke of 'the Journey'. Because it is here that we find the purpose and later the meaning of our lives. Finding the treasure occurs only after enduring the trials and challenges of the journey. And even though 'the boy' (Santiago) in the book, has a dream where he sees a great treasure, and later this experience is validated by people and forces outside of him, the gifts he attains are through his journey, not in just finding the treasure. It's like, through his dream, and later meeting the Old Man, he taps into a far greater consciousness than he is aware of. This consciousness knows his potential and purpose, and outlines a (possible/probable) outcome for him. Carrie-Ann demonstrates this with a phrase she used often, "If it's meant to be." By saying this, and living by this mantra, she is showing us that she is tapping into a consciousness far greater than she knows. Her use of 'vision-boards' and the like, are also her tapping into this greater consciousness and finding a way to bring this awareness into the 3D world. Her 'vision-boards' don't then manifest the outcomes, they are the visual representation of what she experienced from this greater consciousness. She is seeing, a possible or even probable outcome. But, like 'the boy' in the Alchemist, she is not shown the trials and challenges, nor the gifts and talents she will experience by achieving this outcome. And these are the real treasures she will gain from her Journey.

At 55:57 Carrie-Anne talking about the slippery slope of social media. For me it was like reading self help books for hours, days even years. I never could even stomach reading self help books. Yet there I was addicted to seeking forevermore information that might make me better. Yet all the while knowing I had what it takes to create greatness. I was hiding in fear. Mostly in fear of getting stuck in this creative matrix (if you will) Yet that is what I love the most is to create. Letting go of all the other addictive things in life and allow myself to live in the creative matrix was scary. Then once I dug deep into myself, I knew that I was only hiding from the thing I wanted most in life. To sum it up, what I was fearing was something that I had made up that wasn't even close to being true. To say that I was the only actor in making it up, no. It is the addictions that enforce the behavior.

To many my life seems pretty average. Married, 2 kids, house in the suburbs, steady job. But I also envisioned almost my exact life when I was a kid down to being a father to a boy and a girl. The thing is I grew up in N.Ireland, 3000 miles away from where I live in America and grew up in a tiny house in poverty with bombs and shootings happening all around me almost every day. The "average" life I have now is actually the dream life I envisioned when I was 10.

Thank you 🙏when I listen to this video channel, in between questions, then here it is my eye opening answers 😍 that's thanks to you & the technology :) I noticed people say 5 minutes guided meditation! I wouldn't call that a meditation maybe breath work, or willing to getting into alignment. if you go for 21 days out of the city, away from the noises & meditating for 7-8 hrs per day in complete silence, after 7th or 8th day then you notice your body finally calms down & your energy raises & expands ...your third eye starts buzzing & your heart opens like a flower facing the sun then you know that you can bring any experiences into your life ...

The Matrix was obviously inspired by the show Nowhere Man (1995-'96), in which its 4th episode, Carrie-Anne Moss' character kisses the unconscious protagonist on the mouth, right before he wakes up. (Just like in the Matrix). There was another parallel too, I believe. But I forget what it is.
