Jeonghwa in the chorus on 1:31 & 2:39 tho. She plus hyelin did an excellent job covering solji. I don't recall ever hearing jeonghwa outside verses on a title track

The harmonization in the last part is sooo satisfying. Junghwa sang the lyrics, Hyelin do the high notes adlibs while LE do the rap adlibs is sooo wonderful. The intro of Hani is sooo sexy too. I miss them

Exid really got that command in the stage, it's not just the charisma there, they give what the song demands.

EXID is the only group that I know, where the rapper has more than one line... Someone please tell me I'm wrong, so that I can feel better!! (I'm remembering a video where Moonbyul was saying that she didn't like it that she was basically only dancing where the other members were singing or something like that... don't remember what she said exactly)

Of course, because the rapper LE is producer, composer and song writer for almost their own song, definitely she has a lot of part in the song... Not just Exid, but other singer like Hyuna, Jessi, Troublemaker, T ara etc some of their song is written by LE... 😍

She writes her own part mostly, but it's her composer/producer (which is their CEO who's in charge with training, another one handles management in which he's worst at) Kim Do Hoon (he's an award winning producer) who doesn't give her lines a lot or even a chorus. He's the reason mamamoo don't have a 4 layer harmony on any chorus yet. Yes there's a matter of suiting voices on parts, but there's a limit to it. Moonbyul composes and produces too, but she's more of a songwriter than both. Hwasa is the composer of the group, she also writes but she also composes a lot, even their hit Hip (which she co wrote too, along her solos). Solar leans on both. I'm saying this as a moomoo, there's a lot going on behind shut doors and this is just an abstract of what she felt. She's originally a vocalist with vocal music degree, but her natural deep voice got her forced to be a rapper. She's now made peace with it, but she still wants to sing. There's a lot of instances she indicated that. If you hear ten nights (where the producer gave her a high note which she was grateful for), her solo album dark side of the moon, absence you'll understand she's an ace of her own. She's also the dancer along Wheein in the group. Moonbyul doesn't hate rapping now. She just also wants to sing. (Edit: this comment is not meant to belittle anyone of Mamamoo. It's jusr what I've seen.. Also mamamoo has a new song out called mumumumuch, please check it out anyone!)
