Thanks for the GREAT video. I’m replacing the full exhaust system with whole pipes (not sections), and I was having difficulties noodling the front pipe through the frame. I couldn’t remember how the pipe looped around the front part of frame and mated to front cylinder and was rotated the correct orientation to mate with the muffler. Sigh….. a little frustrating!

PowerModz I just got a 07 summit xrs with a blow motor. I have a 86 at 250sx that I can trade for a 94 xlt 600 with slp pipe ported and polished I was think of putting the xlt motor in my summit xrs What's your thoughts

no they are removable

Please explain your terminology "Dual full system". If I'm gonna spend money on two mufflers, then I'm definitely gonna keep the pipes from each manifold separated - making it a true dual exhaust.

What did you jet the carbs to?

Any videos on setting up the carbs and jetting on these?

How’s the reliability on a brute 750?

my 07 brute has 18k on it. Oils and normal maintenance aside (valve adjsmnt etc) In that time ive had 4 sets of tires, used 13 spark plugs, 4 sets of front brake pads and one belt change. Ive also had to change 2 CV's, and the upper and lower ball joints all the way around. Oh, and Im on my second battery as well. As far as trail reliability - ive been stranded ONE time in the past 13 years: and it was ALL MY FAULT :D

@@DerekRC probably not. One set a year isn't that crazy. Probably overkill but no harm in replacing them
