I weighlift at home! Also I climb the stairs multiple times a day to get some steps in! Loved this video!

Hi Spencer, hope you are doing well 🙏🏻🤗. I just coincidentally found your channel and you are an incredible person, inside and outside. So inspiring and awesome gentleman!! I truly admire you ☺️😁. Btw, I have severe back pain issue, for fitness I could (only) do walking in treadmill. Walking outside specially on uneven sidewalk or road isn't "quite" recommended by my doctor 😥. However, I started to practice archery 🏹 since late last year, 2020. My daughter's achievements in archery inspired me 😁🙌🏻. We then installed arrow target/stopper in the garage so we can still shoot arrows without going to the range during pandemic 👌🏻, since we live in the city 🤫😂. So maybe one day 🤔 .. if I get to meet you in person, I can teach you how to shoot arrows 🙏🏻🎯😉😁. Anyway, hope you have a wonderful day 👋🏻👋🏻. Greetings and hugs from Holland, Michigan 🙋🏻‍♀️🌷🤗

Just a quick question, when you’re walking do your hands hurt? just for safety would it be better if you wore gloves outside? maybe even shoes..? or to they restrict your movement
