She can able to walk, but not complete asusal walk.. able to raise the hand,but that much.. still have some tight in elbow and fingers. What are the best excerise for elbow and fingers recovery? Note: she is not able to do any work with that left hand and no grip also.. can you please suggest me for fast recovery..

Depending on the patient condition, the therapist can take that decesion. If the spasticity has led to permanent changes in the structural anatomy of myofascial tissues then the technique along will not work.

Hello, ALS is a neuro-degenerative condition and is progressive in nature unlike stroke. The similar concept of exercises won't work as patients have issues with both Upper and lower motor neurones. Thanks for watching and supporting Physioclassroom
