This is the best stroke exercise video ( upper and lower) that I could find. I like the way the stroke person is using their good side to assist the damaged side while doing the exercises. We are very glad to have these exercises prior to the pt appointment starts.

Hello, here we have to work on the nerve pathway starting from the neck down to the shoulder to the scapula. The scapula is the nerve center next to the leg and you need to release the hips in all directions. The addition of a 1 kg dumbbell ON HAND will help in the overall process, in fact all the movements must be very delicate and delicate and this is what the nerves like delicate movements You won't believe it, I discovered that brushing your teeth and gently shaking your head up will successfully release the neck I found myself with a kg weight on my hand solving puzzles when standing my body is bent with rotational movements of the hand and rotational movements of the body and thank God. it works we will emphasize subtle movements it is critical to solveg puzzles for many hours in front of a laptop and the body is bent forward to the computer screen

Don't be stupid. The most important is to help endogenous neural stem cells (NSCs) to be triggered for regeneration, i.e. differentiation, dedifferentiation and proliferation. Singapore's medical level, compared to God's mercy nano-medication, is so primitive. For your information, central pontine hemorrhagic stroke, SAH (subarachnoid hemorrhage) can be cured by nano-medication. This is not fairy-tale story but the fact. Of course, nobody in Singapore studies nano-medication. Nano-medication is based on God created man out of an extract of clay from ground. During past five decades, USA,.Russia, France and Germany have made great efforts to unravel nano-medication and multi-billion US dollars spent unsuccessfully. Physical rehabilitation is stupid enough. If stroke patient's CNS can't be well repaired, physical rehabilitation will cause serious side effects.

If endogenous NSCs (neural stem cells) can't be triggered for regeneration, it's impossible to cure stroke. Of course, your case is very simple as I've helped central pontine hemorrhagic stroke patient, aged 58, to restore his health, i.e. to be normal person. This is the first time in human medical history that brain stem hemorrhagic stroke can be cured.
