    Thanks for the video and useful exercises! I am 60 years old, in my life I was engaged in various martial arts, where the strength of the hand is very important. Now I am also using a rope climbing. I want to advise, reduce the diameter of the rope, I am now using a rope with a diameter of 20 mm, and the planning is still reduced.

    That’s awesome. I’m glad you’re able to climb at 60. I’m almost 54 and my goal is to be able to do the rope at 60. I did read some research where forearm strength is related to longevity. My guess it has to do with the viability of mitochondria and that’s the connection to longevity. But either way more muscle mass is associated with longevity.
