Exercise Iron Wolf tests NATO forces in Lithuania

The purpose of the exercise was to test the ability of the Lithuanian Army's Iron Wolf Brigade to conduct defense and counterattack operations. A NATO multinational battle group led by Germany and based in Lithuania also participated in the exercise, as well as a US Army battalion assigned on a rotational basis to Lithuania.
