    Ive run 1 marathon 3h 29m and a 10k race 39minutes since my DM, thts faster than my pre DM pb:s. now I run 5k up to 30k, strength lifting, sometimes its hard, my tighs or legs gets weak but I dont care.

    Thank you for the video. I have DM but my case is not severed. I have a question, can I do jogging when worming up? won't it be harmful to my joints?

    They say to exercise as tolerated so if I were you, I'd jog! How do you know you have DM?

    Thanks for the video. Do anyone here know how a tens unit can be used on IBM patients? Got a Bluetens Duo Sport. Can it be used for muscle training? Can any of the massages help? What about the detox massage? Also, there are some pain relief programs. Really hope someone here can help, as I get no results googling it.
